Mary
Senior receptionist Mary is our
senior receptionist. She has a long-retail
based career history and is charged with
ensuring all patients are booked in and
greeted on arrival and that patients are
well looked after, relaxed and comfortable
during their time in the practice. She
is also currently studying for a diploma
in dental nursing. |
Margaret
Head nurse
Margaret is our head nurse with over
30 years experience in dentistry. Margaret
passed an NVQ in dental nursing in 2006
and is in charge of implementing all health
and safety measures and takes the lead
in teaching, training and mentoring the
other nurses.

Michelle
Senior nurse
Michelle’s career in dentistry began in 1985 as a trainee dental nurse. Michelle qualified as a dental nurse in 1991 and then became a practice manager at the same practice where she began her career, until she left in July 2010 to seek new challenges and decided to join our team at the Haddenham Dental Centre.
Michelle is an experienced nurse and is a member of the British Dental Nurses Association and is registered with the General Dental Council. Outside of work, Michelle has a very keen interest in netball and coaching and not only is she currently running her own junior club, she is also coaching at the South Bucks Academy.

Naomi
Administrator
Naomi originally trained as a registered
general nurse specialising in the intensive
care of the sick newborn.
Following the birth of her children she
changed career path, working within the
education system and then passing the
dental nursing diploma in 2006 whilst
working at The Haddenham Dental Centre
under a previous owner.
She has since worked as a reception manager
for the Buckinghamshire Priority Dental
Service before returning to The Haddenham
Dental Centre. Naomi is in charge of ensuring
all clinical and administrative processes
are regularly updated. She also covers
reception and nursing duties as required.

Criss
Dental surgery assistant
Criss is a qualified dental technician having achieved her degree from Manchester Metropolitan
University in 2008. She decided to change her career and joined the practice in 2010 as a dental
surgery assistant. In 2012 Criss passed her exam to become a qualified dental nurse and now works
both at the Haddenham Dental Centre and as our lead nurse in prison dentistry.

Lucy
Dental surgery assistant
Lucy started her dental career as a trainee nurse working at a practice in Aylesbury and then joined
us in 2011. She is currently studying for her NVQ in dental nursing and hopes to qualify at the end of
2012. In her spare time Lucy competes in horse riding events both point to point and show jumping.
She also assists in the teaching of young riders.

Helen
Dental surgery assistant
Helen joined the practice at the end of 2011 and currently works part time as a dental surgery
assistant. She is hoping to commence her NVQ training in dental nursing in September 2012.
Helen has a degree in Music that she gained in 2006 and still works as a piano and guitar teacher
when she is not at the practice.

Sarani
Receptionist
Sarani is a qualified hairdresser and ran her own salon until 2011. She decided to make a career
change and joined the dental practice in September 2011 as a part time receptionist. Sarani
has since taken on additional responsibility as the practice HR manager and assisting Naomi in
administrative tasks
