Meet Dr. Nilesh Patel, a down-to-earth dentist and a mentor dedicated to shaping the next generation of dental professionals. Nilesh took over Haddenham Dental in 2007 and has built a practice that reflects his commitment to providing quality dental care in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

Nilesh earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Bristol in 2003 and since then, he has been on a mission to make a positive impact on the oral health of his local community and beyond. With a wealth of experience and a calm nature, Nilesh is known for his expertise in general dentistry, including preventive care.

Nilesh is not just committed to his practice; he actively engages with the broader dental community. As a board member of the British Dental Association, the Chair of both the NHS Local Dental Network for Thames Valley and the Buckinghamshire Local Dental Committee, he plays a pivotal role in advocating for patients and addressing the needs of the local dental community.

Meet Dr Priya Jani, a warm and approachable dentist with expertise and knowledge in general dentistry. Priya is known for her family-friendly approach, providing gentle and compassionate treatment that puts both adults and children at ease.

Priya is our longest standing Associate Dentist, joining the team after earning her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from King’s College, London in 2010. Priya has since become a mentor to our new dentists and providing them with practical, ethical, and medicolegal support to help shape the next generation of dental professionals.

Meet Dr Anil Maini, a friendly and compassionate dentist with a special interest in Endodontics. Anil’s commitment to patient well-being is at the forefront of his practice. Known for his exceptional chairside manner, he ensures that each patient feels comfortable and informed throughout their dental journey.

Anil believes in the power of effective communication and strives to create a collaborative environment where patients actively participate in their treatment plans.

Anil earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Liverpool in 2014 and has since worked in various dental settings. Anil is set to complete his Masters in Endodontic Practice this year and enjoys completing more complex root canal treatments.

Meet Dr. Himesh Patel, a highly skilled and enthusiastic Implant Surgeon who earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from King’s College London in 2009, graduating with an award for his skills in oral surgery.

Himesh started his postgraduate training soon after, completing his Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties exam with the Royal College of Surgeons England in 2011. Continually maintaining his further training, he has since completed a Postgraduate Award in Orthodontics and Masters of Clinical Dentistry in Implantology.

His open and easy communication style both engages and educates his patients, while his sensitivity and genuine caring help even the most anxious patients to feel at ease. Meet Dr. Alessia Rosewell, a dedicated dentist with a passion for precision and a commitment to patient well-being. With a keen eye for detail and a gentle touch, Alessia ensures that her patients receive prompt and effective care, particularly in urgent situations.

Her proficiency in emergency dental procedures brings relief to those in discomfort, restoring smiles and confidence with compassion and skill.

Alessia earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Cardiff University in 2018. Since then, she has become a clinical mentor providing excellent support to our new dentists. Alessia has a strong interest in straightening teeth and has been the practice’s provider of Invisalign for several years.

Meet Miss Ambareen Naqvi, a kind and considerate Oral Surgeon who earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from King’s College London in 2010. Ambareen completed the Membership of the Joint Faculties exam with the Royal College of Surgeons England in 2012.

Since then, Ambareen has completed a PGCert in Oral Surgery and passed her Tri-Collegiate Membership in Oral Surgery examination in 20… During the week, you will find Ambareen at Kings College Hospital working as a Specialist Oral Surgeon.

Ambareen excels in providing the highest quality care. She is particularly skilled at working with nervous patients, using her compassionate manner and calming presence to ensure a comfortable experience. Her dedication to patient comfort and exceptional care makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Meet Dr. Melissa Hickingbotham, a keen and happy dentist who earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Central Lancashire in 2023. Known for her enthusiasm and dedication to patient care, she brings a warm and friendly demeanour to our practice.

Melissa is passionate about dental health and is committed to creating a positive and comfortable experience for every patient. Melissa is especially popular with children, making her a great choice for young patients as well.

Meet Monika, a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist and therapist who graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2020. With a strong foundation in dental hygiene, Monika brings the latest knowledge and techniques to her practice, ensuring her patients receive the highest quality care.

Since earning her degree, Monika has quickly established herself as a dedicated professional known for her gentle touch and thorough approach to oral health. She excels in preventive care and patient education.

Meet Criss, our knowledgeable and longest standing dental nurse who you’ll usually find alongside the practice owner, Nilesh, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice.

Criss joined us in 2010 after earning her degree in Dental Technology in 2008 and completed her Diploma in Dental Nursing soon after. With years of experience in the dental field, she manages HR, providing support to every member of the team and coordinates daily operations alongside providing clinical support.

Meet Bex, our honest and practical dental nurse who you’ll usually find assisting Criss with management duties. Bex joined us in 2015 and earned her Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2017.

Bex plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at our practice and brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her position. Bex is committed to providing exceptional care and making every patient feel comfortable and well-informed.

Meet Ellie, our affable and charismatic dental nurse who supports Criss with day to day clinical duties. Ellie joined the practice in 2015 and earned her Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2016.

Meet Frances, our highly organised and experienced dental nurse who you’ll find alongside our Implant Dentist, Himesh. Frances joined us in 2019 and earned her Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2020 and has quickly progressed into the role of Lead Implant Nurse.

Meet Kirstin, our highly empathetic dental nurse who you will find guiding our newest members of the team. Kirstin joined us in 2020 and earned her Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2022 and since then, has trained our newest dental nurses and provided support for our new dentists.

Meet Sam, our sociable and compassionate dental nurse. Sam joined us in 2022 and earned her Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2024.

Meet Jasmine, our bubbly and enthusiastic dental nurse who you’ll usually find alongside Frances, furthering her dental career in Implant Nursing. Jasmine joined us in 2022 and earned her Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2024.

Meet Megan, our kind and conscientious trainee dental nurse who joined us in 2023 and is currently studying for her Diploma in Dental Nursing.

Meet Kelly, our chatty, friendly receptionist who joined us in 2023. Kelly has recently taken on clinical duties with the nursing team and is now studying for her Diploma in Dental Nursing.

Meet Mary, our Head Receptionist and the longest standing member of the team, who is well known by all our patients. Has a welcoming personality and has a knack for remembering you by name. Mary joined the practice in 2008 and earned her Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2012 giving her the knowledge to assist you effectively.

Meet Anna, our calm-natured receptionist who joined us in 2024. Her friendly attitude ensures a pleasant experience for all our patients.

Meet Naomi, our Practice Administrator who deals with everything behind the scenes. Naomi joined the practice in 2009 after many years of working for the NHS as a nurse. You’ll find her at the end of an email with her vast knowledge and experience.
